Additional add-on charges may apply if your pet requires extra grooming time due to:

• Behavior problems
• Extremely matted hair
• (excessive dematting is a painful time consuming and costly procedure that causes extreme discomfort and can aggravate skin problems. Sometimes the pet is so badly matted that hair must be completely clipped off to allow new healthy hair to grow.)
• Extremely dirty
• Excessive undercoat and heavily coated dogs may require additional brushing
• Tick/Flea infested.
